We want you to be happy with your purchase. Sometimes things look different in person than they do on a screen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receiving your gem.

If the gem is returned in its original condition and in a timely manner, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping and insurance charges.


Return Instructions:

Use the contact form to email us, stating that you would like to return your items. We will provide a return address to mail your items. Please repackage all items and accompanying paperwork in the original packaging and mail it to the address provided.


Insure the items for the full purchase price for the return shipping.

We will not refund lost items.

Email us the tracking number.

After we receive your items and they are examined and found to be in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping and insurance cost.


When we will not accept returns:

If you or your jeweler damages the items, for example, during mounting. 

If you do not contact us within 14 days of you receiving your items.

If we do not receive your items within 10 days of you contacting us.

If the items returned are not the same items sent to you.

If the items are not in the same condition they were in when we shipped them to you.
